Dr. Marcelo E. Rains is a neonatologist in Chattanooga, Tennessee, as well as an Assistant Professor University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga.

Dr. Zaveri is also a Neonatologist practicing at Regional One and Lebonheur. She is an Associate Professor at University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.

Dr. Rains and Dr. Zaveri dive further into Tennessee's TIniest Babies project and their part in targeting severe intraventricular hemorrhage reduction specifically for those babies born at less than 30 weeks and targeting some of the biggest and deadliest problems they encounter.
