Hey, hey Habit Thrivers! Welcome to your new favorite podcast. Well, this is my hope anyway. One thing I know for sure though is that you’re here because you are an amazing woman.
Up to this point in your life, you have spent much time and love caring for others and now you KNOW and feel it wholeheartedly that it is YOUR time to care for yourself. It is time to fill your cup.
If you’re ready to rock your next chapter, reclaim your passions and discover new ones, and live your most fit, fearless, and fabulous life, then you're in the right place!
Hi, I’m Lorrie, I am a Yoga & Pilates Teacher, Physical Education Grad, Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, and a proud HabitGuru.
I am also still rockin’ and lovin’ the mom, wife, daughter gig. At the same time though, I am exploring new ways to create even more excitement and adventure in my life. And I would love you to come along on the ride.
You may be asking yourself right now, what the goodness does this have to do with habits and routines? This podcast will have you thinking of habits and routines in a whole new way and realizing that your “next chapter” habits and routines will serve to free up your mind, strengthen your body and make you happier than you ever thought possible. My role is to guide you on this journey of reclaiming your awesomeness year by year, season by season, habit by habit.
I tapped into the feeling of flow many years ago when I discovered Ayurveda and Yoga and it has served me well ever since. It took me from a place of pain and discomfort to a place of knowing, healing, and exploring.
Now, my passion in life is to keep on growing and sharing this ancient wisdom with women just like you. Ayurveda, Yoga, and Habits go hand in hand.
So…get cozy. Grab your journal or just sit back and come along with me on this journey to rock your next chapter!
Keep being you, nobody else does you better than you!
