Before we start, who is Steffan Jones?
A former two sport pro athlete turned to a coach who wanted to experiment to find better ways to improve performance.
1) Describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your career?
Hitting a plateau as a bowler after training for a while sparked the interest in special and specific strength training.
2) If you could ask one question and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?
Does getting stronger in the weight room help you bowl faster or sprint faster?
3) What’s your escape?
I’m a big family man, family first for me always.
