In episode 17, to receive praise or encouragement from another person. We're talking about these patterns of behaviors that have kept us moving on quickly when someone might want
to pause for a moment and really acknowledge us or something that we've done or how we've impacted them. And although we can receive it in the moment, we in our minds can quickly gloss over it and keep moving forward.
We're talking about if this is something that you're doing then where else are you blocking yourself off from gratitude or love to come your way. I'm acknowledging this as a habit that I have done for a very long time.
And I'm now consciously really acknowledging the two way exchange that happens when you are open to receiving praise from another and receiving support from another, you're actually giving it back to them tenfold.
