Cathy Trinh is an inspirational speaker, global humanitarian, bestselling author, and the CEO of Recruiter Hustle, Inc. a unique executive search and networking firm. She is also a bestselling author, executive leadership coach and mental health advocate.

Born in Vietnam, and raised in California, Cathy developed a love for sales and marketing, talent acquisition through working in the corporate world for over 25 years. Cathy honed her emotional intelligence by engaging in thousands of high-level and transformational conversations with job seekers and leaders in start-up to Fortune 500 companies. Cathy is passionate about transforming new business owners and high-achieving entrepreneurial professionals to live fulfilled, happy, and liberated lives.

In addition to being a successful business owner, Cathy’s ability to communicate with any type of audience has made her an in-demand speaker and author. She has huge heart for those in the recovery community and gives back by sharing her knowledge from self-awareness through her own recovery journey. She openly and powerfully shares about how she overcame addition through self-mastery, personal empowerment and an abundance mindset. A critical element of her skill on stage is her ability to bring her authentic self to her work and to be relatable by sharing her obstacles as well as her triumphs.

Since the publication of “The Journey, Mastering the Art of Slowing Down into a Beautiful Existence” in 2020, Cathy has led global leadership conferences, training groups and coached hundreds of leaders to become world-class, game-changers. She is the Vice-Chair, Board of Director of Sisters without Borders, a non-profit organization to empower young girls to become leaders within their communities. Trinh regularly connects with her legions of followers and fans through Instagram, and Facebook, posting pictures and videos about her inspirational life.

With a bachelor's degree from California State University of Fullerton, Cathy is also a cancer survivor, educator, musician, and mother of a 13-year-old son.
