I'm back with the beautiful Dr. Sarah Williams in an encore podcast. A lot had changed for the two of us since we spoke in early 2020. She had contracted Co-19 and we spoke about the impact of that moment on her life. The last time we spoke, I was deep into the dark healing after my break up. Grief and illness created a powerful moment for us to review our lives, our priorities and the people in it.
