Marius LUCA lucrează la proiecte de permacultură, cu scop educativ și comunitar, în satul Mura Mare din jud. Mureș, in scopul reimpaduririi unor terenuri ramase nefolosite cu gradini-padure.
De asemenea, este facilitator de programe de educație socială, emoțională și etică (SEEL).
În prezent lucrează la traducerea curiculei de SEEL a Universității Emory și la crearea de ateliere de popularizare a educației socio-emoționale pentru pedagogi.
