Sometimes the battle we find ourselves fighting in can be overwhelming. It may not even be against one big giant, but against a lot of little things stacked against you. It’s the kind of day in which trouble after trouble seems to be coming after you, one right after the other, and again, and so on.
Battling a lot of little things at one time, in one day, can be overwhelming. When the day seems overloaded with not just busyness, but trouble upon trouble it’s easy to find yourself in despair; wondering where your help might come from; where you will find your salvation in all of it.
This is PART 6 in our Armor of God series where we have not only been learning about what it means to put on the armor of God, but also looking at stories about giants who who fell at the hands of ordinary people serving an extraordinary God!
God wants us to succeed in battling life’s giants, even when that giant might be a lot of little things coming at you at once. And He has supplied us with the armor we need, the habits we need to practice in order to take down those giants you may be facing in your own life today.
