This is a very personal podcast about the debilitating sleeping disorder that has plagued me for a very long time. Along with my autoimmune problems, it's the reason I am not married or have kids or have anything close to the life I envisioned when I was a kid.
But, there is hope and things are obviously changing for me every day with the carnivore diet and other strategies. It's my dream to still have the kind of life I want, and this diet and podcast will give you an honest glimpse into it.
My guest is Tracy Hans. She is a psychotherapist, who suffers from hypnic jerks and has successfully treated them.
After reading my blog and connecting with others with the same sleeping disorder, Tracy and another person formed the Facebook Group: "Hypnic Jerks and Sleep Myoclonus".
