"I am a broker who provides a one-stop service for rental apartment developers. My name is Derek Lobo and I am the CEO of SVN Rock Advisors Inc., Brokerage.

Over multiple decades, I've been blessed to have the opportunity to lead many of Canada's largest rental transaction sales including the Cherryhill portfolio in London, and Williams Court in Kanata Lakes.

I started consulting in the apartment industry in 1986 in response to the growing need for industry-specific products and solutions, and I've been a passionate part of the purpose-built rental community ever since—There's no part of the apartment industry I have not been involved in ever since the inception.

My current focus is on assisting developers with feasibility, lease-up, sales, and JV structures— with the 30 years of experience I bring to the table, I can assure any developer with success in their development projects.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about my health and fitness. I work out daily and encourage my staff and business connections to do the same. I'm also a proud father of 3 daughters, and a grandfather to 8 grandchildren.
