The Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, the Song Divine, is a treatise for everyone is a 700 verse Hindu scripture that is part of the epic Mahabharata. The Bhagavad Gita is set in a narrative framework of a dialogue between the Pandava Prince Arjuna and his guide and charioteer, the Lord Shree Krsna, an incarnation of Supreme Divine Consciousness. At the beginning of the ‘Dharma Yuddha’ (Righteous War) between the Pandavas and Kauravas, Arjuna, the great warrior prince, is filled with moral dilemma and despair about the violence and death of the war will cause in the battle against his own kith and kin. Arjuna wonders if he should renounce the world and, therefore, seeks Lord Shree Krsna’s counsel, whose answers and discourse constitute the Bhagavad Gita – “The Way of Life.” Lord Krsna teaches Arjuna to “fulfill his Kshatriya (warrior) duty to uphold the Dharma (Righteousness)” through “selfless action.” The Krsna–Arjuna dialogues cover a broad range of spiritual topics, touching upon ethical dile
