Generational curse is defined as an intergeneration transmission of trauma. Severe trauma and abusive treatment can persist throughout generations.
It can also be in our neurobiology as well, changes to our people can affect our brains so much, it passes on to our children’s brain chemistry.
Liz and Leilani generously share their own experiences with generational trauma. These two lovely ladies are putting in the work each and every day to break toxic cycles and create environments where others can live their most authentic selves without shame or guilt.
