INTERVIEW: Chances are if you're not trying to get pregnant you've never thought much about ~fertility~. In fact just like periods, pregnancy, menopause and all the between much of women's health feels a lot more like troubleshooting than getting behind the ball. That's where my guest today, co-founder and go-getter extraordinaire, Carly Leahy of Modern Fertility comes in. On today's episode, Carly shares with us her story building Modern Fertility from the ground up, and how she and her team are creating products that allow those with ovaries to easily understand their hormones through at home test kits. We talk about why fertility matters even before you're thinking about "baby stuff", and the insights and tools with which we can understand our reproductive blueprints.
We also talk about:

  • Sexual wellness routines
  • Modern Fertility's timeline tools
  • Realities of egg freezing and IVF
  • What your egg count represents
