Emma Zeck has logged off. She skipped New York and a relationship that wasn’t serving her, and let conditional friendships fall away. Sometimes, she even ejects herself from the rabbit hole of Instagram to dance in the woods. When was the last time you immersed yourself in nature without capturing it on camera?

Living authentically has proven to be true medicine for Emma, even if it’s a hard concoction to swallow at times. Getting canceled is no walk in the park. Breakups suck, and we all want someone to hold our hand sometimes.

In this episode, K + L provide a safe space for Emma to speak uninterrupted and unfiltered about her self-discovery journey thus far, searching for validation in self-help books, partners, and people before realizing she already had all the answers within herself.

We also talk about:

  • Isolation, community, and self-censorship
  • Evolving friendships, losing friends, and searching for validation
  • Public persona, self-abandonment, and lessons learned from being canceled
  • Intuitive movement, and trusting your intuition
  • Unconditional love, and loving without labels
