Every episode will include multiple segments where we discuss something practical, something serious, and something fun including pop culture, working out, dieting, movies, books, and current events. Our conversations revolve around the latest on streaming, in theaters, and what’s influencing us. We look for entertainment that celebrates inclusivity and promotes it. We interview filmmakers, celebrities, and those who love pop culture as much as we do.
