After eight awesome episodes with Moe and Roo talking about movies, it's come time for a format change. Yes, Episode 9 is more like 'Episode 1' of a new season of Something Weird This Way Comes, where Roo will feature and discuss some of the best (and worst...and best of the worst) music of b-, low- & no-budget, exploitation, camp and genre films. Finally: a home for the soundtracks of the films we love soooo much. In this episode, Roo will feature the music from 'Something Weird...' movies we've already discussed: from the opening songs to 'Beginning of the End' and 'The Acid Eaters,' to the banjo music of 'Godmonster of Indian Flats,' the stock music of 'The Body Beneath,' the naked-lady harp playing of 'The Amazing Transplant,' the beautiful singing in 'Bowanga Bowanga' and the smooooooth funk in 'The Adult Version of Jekyll and Hide.' Join Roo on a musical journey through the weird films of 'Something Weird...' and expect new episodes every second Friday! You can follow Roo on Twitter - @Potoroo - or email at somethingweirdthiswaycomes@gmail.com. If you like the new format change, please let us know either by emailing, Tweeting or leaving a review on iTunes or Podomatic! Full of <3 for you! "Something Weird..." is a part of the 2nd Unit Podcast network, found at http://2upn.blogspot.com/ and on Twitter at @2ndUnitPodNet ...for a musical version of this message, please stay to the end of the podcast. Thank you.
