Today, Morgan is the founder of Cassini Capital Investments, which focuses on multifamily syndication. She is a GP of 404 units and asset manager of 428 units. I found a lot of my recent success by staying open-minded and taking on any challenge where I can learn and grow my business while providing value for someone else. I’m not caught up in the shiny object syndrome or obsessed with getting a slice of the GP. There are different roads you can take to be successful. Recognize your strengths and weaknesses early on and find someone to compliment them.
