Rob runs the London Marathon on its joyous return to the iconic course post-lockdown - and Paul’s at home polishing his award.

Featuring all the atmosphere and excitement of the 2021 run, Paul’s award-winning adventures, celebrities and fancy-dress runners, and all the news from the start, middle and finish of Rob’s sixteenth marathon.

Congratulations to anyone and everyone who ran last Sunday - not just in London, but virtually, in Loch Ness, Wiltshire... all over the place. You’re beautiful people, and brilliant runners.
